High Quality Components

Sound tube materials are made from high quality durable materials. Smooth interior walled high heat resistant tubing/hose is used and coupled with end expansions to air box induction and firewall. High heat resistant braided cut sleeve covers are used, and all hose ends are finished and held together with marine grade, thick walled adhesive heat shrink.

Stage 1 Kit sound tube, is designed to maximize sound travel and twin screw pulse induction whine by as much as 50% over stock setup.

This method uses larger ID hose and a shorter overall more direct path from the induction air box to the firewall. This requires drilling a hole (with supplied hole saw) in the firewall between the pedals and to the left of the steering column. Don’t be alarmed, this is easy to access and an accessible location to drill.

This takes just minutes to carry out and pull the sound tube hose through. An air box sound tube entry hole is drilled using the same hole saw bit and is lower on the air box providing a more clean appearance, as the sound tube is not easily visible.

Easy Installation

Stage 1 Kit uses a portion of the stock sound tube which connects to the firewall, for those who don’t want to drill a hole through the firewall itself.

The OEM sound tube is cut at a marked location near the firewall and couples with my custom made sound tube. The entry of the OEM sound tube into the cabin is behind the gas pedal.

We also provide 3 black nylon 3/8″ pedal spacers to lift the pedal away from the entry point, for increase sound travel.

These throttle pedal spacers also provide a much needed lift to the OE’s low pedal placement, for better heal to toe method control. Due to the small inner diameter of the OEM portion of the sound tube, and sharp radius bends, acoustics transfer is limited to a moderate to heavy increase in supercharger whine. Increase is approximately 25% over stock setup and is greatly improved over the OEM acoustics.
